When you request a spot on our guest list, we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Instagram handle
• Industry / what you do
• Whether you consent to receive event text messages (SMS)

How we use it

We use this information to review guest-list requests, manage event attendance, and send communications about our events:

• Email — sign-up confirmations, invitations, and event details.
• SMS — only if you checked the SMS consent box, we send event invitations and event details by text. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the guest list.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent status are used solely by The Pregame to send you the event messages you agreed to receive.

Opting out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can request removal from our guest list or deletion of your information by contacting us at invite@notapregame.com.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate our communications (such as email and SMS delivery platforms). They process your information only on our behalf and only to deliver our messages — never for their own marketing.

Data retention & security

Guest-list information is retained while relevant to our events and is accessible only to The Pregame team behind authenticated access. We take reasonable measures to protect it.
