These Terms & Conditions govern your use of notapregame.com and your participation in the guest list and events run by The Pregame (operated by Not A Pregame LLC, "we," "us"). By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms.

Guest list & events

The Pregame is an invite-only event series. Submitting a guest-list request does not guarantee an invitation; every request is reviewed. Invitations are personal and non-transferable, and we reserve the right to admit or decline entry at our discretion.

SMS Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive event text messages from The Pregame — including invitations, confirmations, and event details such as date, time, and venue.

• Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month around events.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact invite@notapregame.com.
• Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of joining the guest list or attending events.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website use

Site content — including photography, branding, and text — belongs to The Pregame or its partners and may not be reused without permission. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
